Build
McCarthys builds smarter spaces for projects of all sizes. We deliver civil and pure building work and have the ability to act both as principal or main contractor, working directly for you, or as a subcontractor on a larger project.

Interior
We transform empty spaces with a complete and cost effective fit out service, including shell and core, CAT A and B, M&E installations and more.
With over 30 years’ experience in the commercial sector, we also take on all aspects of refurbishment too. We can partner with you on an open book approach, and provide services spanning design and build, and space utilisation.

Motor Retail

We offer a range of solutions for PPM, remedial works and both small and major projects, which is all underpinned by 30 years’ experience as a framework industry provider.
Our framework division specialises in creating versatile systems that can be adapted to suit the needs of a variety of works within a framework agreement.
We can engage at any given stage to offer complete or individual packages suited to our clients’ needs, offering an unparalleled service in areas such as asbestos R&D surveys, roofing, architectural aluminium systems, interiors, fit-out and M&E.
SH&E
We are committed to providing focused and affordable health and safety, and environmental services for our clients.
Our specialisms include the delivery of risk assessments in areas spanning legionella, noise, fire risk and PPE. We also provide safety management audits, CDM services and comprehensive workplace safety inspections, all delivered by an in-house team of recognised experts.
And we employ P402 qualified surveyors to deliver required surveys for asbestos control, as well as offering water management services which include everything from monitoring and testing to remediation works.
