Sega Leamington Spa

Following the successful completion of a previous fit-out McCarthys were engaged by SEGA HARDlight to undertake a full Design and Build project to fit-out a first floor as new studio space as HARDlight’s team expands. Scope of works included creating scope of works, space planning, mood boards as part of an initial design consultancy phase of works. Budgets were set and agreed during design phase prior to McCarthy undertaking a full fit out and furnishing of the floor. The results create a open working and collaborative space for the Studio team. This was a strong relationship negotiated project.
