McCarthys were engaged with the end user client through negotiated tender process to undertake a full turnkey Design and Build fitout and installation of Blueprint Ceramics new Headquarters on the outskirts of Coventry, Warwickshire. McCarthys and Building Control Approvals whilst developing the interior scope of works, space planning, material selections and budget costing. Following design sign off, McCarthys undertook the full CAT A and B fitout with M+E, external works and car park.
