McCarthys were employed as Principle Contractor managing all packages of work from demolition through to clients direct suppliers – installing the finishing touches to complete the construction / refurbishment of a high end showroom.

Works consisted of full internal demolition / heavy internal structural works including break through into acquired premises next door / building envelope modifications including new roof coverings / full fit out / external works scheme.
