Queen Mary Grammar School

The construction of a new build standalone Sixth Form Annexe comprising a single-storey large openplan space, primarily for private study, with two offices, toilets and plant room.

The works consisted of Piled foundations, Structural steel frame, Composite cladding roof covering, Masonry cavity external wall construction and rendered system, Double glazed polyester powder coated aluminium windows and doors, works to connect the new drainage to existing site wide foul and storm water drainage, Relocating existing tiered seating system from existing school into new location, external landscaping.
