45 years in the making: McCarthys reveals brand refresh
Commercial design, build, fit out and refurbishment company, McCarthys, has launched a brand refresh and new website in the lead-up to its 45th anniversary.
The Coventry-based company has unveiled a new colour palette and visual identity, alongside a realigned company vision, mission, values and proposition statement.
Established in 1979, McCarthys provides innovative design, build and fit out solutions to the public and private sectors, with specialisms including office, hospitality, education, leisure, permitted development schemes, motor retail and manufacturing.
While the business’ commitment to its clients remains unchanged, its brand needed to evolve to reflect a transition from the McCarthys of the past 45 years, to the McCarthys of tomorrow.
The investment in a brand refresh and new website comes at a time of considerable growth. McCarthys is forecast to secure 45% above its target turnover requirement due to a surge in projects on behalf of an expanding portfolio of clients including SEGA, BMet College, Ministry of Justice, Air Liquide, Rolls Royce and Ferrari.
McCarthys managing director, Steven McCarthy, said: “The launch of our powerful brand refresh has been 45 years in the making. We’ve significantly grown as a business and a lot has happened to get us to today. Our brand and website are now as inspiring as the spaces we create, and we’re beyond proud of the result.
“This year, we’ll be expanding our HQ to accommodate a continually growing team of talented individuals that are delivering outstanding projects for clients of all sizes, from SMEs to multinationals. It follows a 20% increase in the number of permanent employees across our project management, pre construction and finance departments in 2023. We’re incredibly excited for the future and are well placed to take on new opportunities in a range of sectors.”
